It’s been almost 3 months since I’ve been consciously working on getting in shape. 2015 was a bad year for me in terms of health and fitness. Needless to say, I gained a lot of weight. Eeeek!

My clothes started “shrinking” and before I knew it, I couldn’t wear more than half of my wardrobe.


One day, I decided that this wasn’t me at all. Since, I have a background in dance,  I’ve been fit and in shape for most of my life. It also helped that my mom is a very health- conscious person and constantly works out herself.

It’s great that my good friend, Trizza, recommended a good way to jump start my diet.

Behold…the Nutrimeal!
13090414_10153946878566858_1028012536_nWhat’s good about the Nutrimeal is all the nutrients you get from it. It’s not as if you’re depriving yourself of the good stuff while trying to manage your weight. I took it for 9 days straight, and it’s been a good experience so far.


The best feeling about taking it is that I didn’t feel hungry. Since it’s high in protein and fiber, it suppresses your appetite and helps in your digestion. Alternatively, you can also
add it to an actual meal if you want to GAIN weight. It also tastes pretty good—something you don’t expect from health shakes. I tried the vanilla variant, but it’s also available in chocolate and strawberry. Also, if you’re super busy and don’t have time to eat certain meals, I recommend you drink this instead of eating crackers, chips, or other unhealthy stuff.
